The Provincial Land Use Committee (PLUC) continued its technical review of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and Zoning Plan of Apayao municipalities at the Aliwa Gymnasium, Luna.
On February 5, the Municipality of Calanasan presented its proposed CLUP and Zoning Plan for technical evaluation and comments from the PLUC and Technical Working Group.
The review proceeded today, February 6, with the Municipality of Flora presenting its land use and zoning proposals, marking the next step in the province-wide assessment aimed at aligning municipal development plans with provincial and national land use policies.
The ongoing presentations is part of the province’s effort to guide orderly development, protect environmentally critical areas, and support sustainable growth in Apayao.
