A much-needed hemodialysis machine for Flora District Hospital (FDH) was formally received today, March 5, at the Department of Health–Center for Health Development Cordillera Administrative Region (DOH–CHD CAR) Regional Office in Baguio City.
Provincial Health Officer II Dr. Mark Joleen M. Calban and FDH Chief Dr. Amy Liza V. Maruquin, accepted the donated equipment on behalf of the province.
The life-saving machine was donated by the Cordillera Golfers Foundation Inc. (CGFI), helping expand dialysis services available to patients in the province.
The Provincial Government of Apayao (PGA) extend its sincerest gratitude to CGFI and DOH-CAR for the donation.
