The Provincial Government of Apayao congratulates the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) for receiving the Paglaray Award (Provincial Level) for the fourth consecutive time during the 75th Anniversary celebration of the Department of Social Welfare and Development–Cordillera held on March 6 at the Newtown Plaza Hotel in Baguio City.
The Paglaray Award is given to Local Social Welfare and Development Offices that show strong performance in monitoring the implementation of Social Welfare and Development laws through the DSWD’s online monitoring system.
Receiving the award on behalf of the PGA were PSWDO Jocelyn Loyon together with Social Welfare Officers Leeshel Lopez and Lailani Ongto.
Loyon delivered the acceptance message and thanked the partner agencies in Apayao for their cooperation in carrying out social welfare programs and services in the province.
Aside from the regional recognition, PSWDO Apayao is also a national nominee for the Paglaray Award.
