With only days to go, committees met today, February 16, 2026, at the Conference Hall of the Paul A. Delwasen Legislative Building to align final plans for the province’s 31st Founding Anniversary.
Led by Governor Elias C. Bulut Jr. and Vice Governor Kyle Mariah Chelsea Bulut-Cunan, the coordination meeting zeroed in on execution, clear roles, firm timelines, and smooth inter-office coordination.
Updates covered the Sports Tournament, Agro-Industrial Trade and Tourism Fair, Battle of the Bands, December Avenue concert, Apayao Cycling Challenge II (XC Edition), Trail Run, Ginuman Fest, Sayaw Apayao Hip Hop Competition, and Dayag ken Taer 2026.
Security deployment was confirmed by APPO, while committees reported on venue setup, traffic flow, medical teams, and overall program management.
