The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Apayao Building in San Gregorio, Luna was formally inaugurated on February 26, 2026, followed by the ceremonial turnover of responsibilities.
The program marked the send-off of outgoing Provincial Director Mayer Max G. Adong and the formal assumption of office of incoming Provincial Director Marleen M. Guerzon.
Governor Elias C. Bulut Jr., municipal mayors from the seven towns, provincial department heads, local officials, and partner agencies were present at the ceremony, signaling continued cooperation between DILG and local governments in carrying out programs and services in Apayao.
